Let me introduce myself!

Hi, I'm Sherilyn Long!

I am a Master Herbalist, author, speaker, and life coach located in beautiful North Idaho. I am the creator of The Graceful Leaf: My Seasonal Journal series and the owner of Idaho Therapeutic Massage where I provide herbal, hands-on and coaching support for women with chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions.

Most importantly, I love Jesus! I believe that healing is our birthright. My journey of faith includes learning about God's healing herbs. My life is a testimony of GOD'S GRACE and HEALING!

Growing up as a missionary kid in the Philippines, I spent my childhood climbing trees and immersing myself in nature. Years later, I turned to natural methods to heal from chronic fatigue, brain fog, and neurotoxicity that once impaired the function of my right hand. I am humbled and grateful!

Today, I am honored to guide others on their healing journeys, using the VERY hands that have experienced GOD'S HEALING!
